The holidays are always a busy and fun time for us. With lots of people traveling, there are lots of puppies who look forward to time with their favorite pet sitter/dog runner (that's me!). All the snow we've had in the last week has definitely added to the fun and adventure we have had! Here's a collection of pics of some of our doggies enjoying the winter weather... and some of them who don't enjoy it so much!
This is what I arrive to when the weather is bad: Kobe says, "I'm not getting off this couch! I hate the snow!"
His brother Tre, however, loves the cold and would gladly spend his entire day lounging in the snow.
Kobe refuses to smile for a picture:
My boy Ari is excited to see the snow:
Check out Mya's ears. She's flying through the snow:
Baloo has a big winter coat, great for lounging around in the snow:
Doyle makes his rounds through the back yard, barking loud so everyone knows how much he enjoys it:
Ready to play:
Cletus and Lola Belle out on a Christmas morning walk:
When I arrived at their house first thing on Christmas morning, I found that the snow had drifted so high on the back deck that we couldn't get the door open to get to the back! That meant we had to go for a walk through snowy drifts that were up to my knees out front! Cletus had a blast jumping and running through the deep snow, but Lola was less than pleased.
She says, "Take me inside where it's warm!!!"
Parker shakes his head in delight:

Snow Dogs
Another Christmas morning surprise: the streets were not plowed which made it impossible to drive to Parker & Cooper's house! My wonderful husband pulled the car as close as possible to their street and I ran about a half a mile through the snow to get to the boys. Their neighbors definitely thought I was nuts! Luckily the streets were cleared later in the day and we were able to get much closer.
This is one of my favorite pictures from the day:
This will definitely be a Christmas we will never forget! Thanks to everyone who let us share the holiday with your furry friends and thank you to my husband Drew for carting me around while my car was stuck in the snow all week!
Happy New Year to you and your pups!
